These General Conditions establish the terms for contracting the services offered on the website www.katalystbycodurance.com, owned by CODURANCE, S.L. (hereinafter, CODURANCE).
The contracting of any of the services implies total and unconditional acceptance of the General Conditions detailed herein, as well as any Particular Conditions that may apply in certain cases.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, so it is recommended to review them before contracting any service.

All communications made between users and CODURANCE through this means will be considered valid for all purposes.
Services Offered
CODURANCE provides programming, consulting, and other IT-related services under the brand name Katalyst by Codurance, which is owned by CODURANCE.
The services available, together with their main features, are detailed on the website and may be accessed through subscription.
Access to courses and services is not available through direct purchase on the website. Interested users must request information or a proposal from CODURANCE through the designated communication channels.
Where applicable, CODURANCE will provide the specific terms and conditions governing access to, contracting of, and use of the service on an individual basis.
Access to the services shall be subject to acceptance of such specific terms and conditions.
CODURANCE reserves the right to add or remove services from its offering at any time without prior notice.
CODURANCE will use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the courses offered.
The Client may access the purchased courses for a period of 12 months from the activation of the service, provided that the account remains active and CODURANCE retains the corresponding license.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable, and sharing them may result in penalties.
Companies must purchase an individual account for each employee. Sharing one account among multiple employees is not permitted. Access licenses shall remain the property of the contracting company, meaning that if one of its users leaves the company, the license may be reassigned to another user, provided that it remains within the validity period established above.
CODURANCE shall not be held liable for interruptions or telecommunications failures affecting the services provided through Katalyst by Codurance.
In order to protect the intellectual property rights associated with the content, downloading or copying the courses is strictly prohibited.
Service Quality
CODURANCE offers training delivered by qualified professionals, although completing a course does not guarantee full mastery of the content.
Contracting and Billing of Services
Access to the services offered through Katalyst by Codurance is not carried out through an automated purchasing process.
Both individual clients and companies must request information regarding the courses or services through the contact channels available on the website.
CODURANCE will provide a proposal or specific terms and conditions depending on the case, including pricing, scope of the service, and access conditions.
The agreement shall only become binding upon the client’s express acceptance of such terms and conditions.
Once the agreement has been formalized and, where applicable, payment has been completed, the client will receive access to the service together with the corresponding invoice.
Payment Methods
The available payment methods are:
- Credit or debit card: Immediate payment through a secure SSL gateway. In case of a refund, the amount will be refunded to the same card.
- Bank transfer: Only available for companies, which will receive banking details via email.
No payment method incurs additional charges.
Service Prices and Taxes
The prices of the services are displayed in euros, unless otherwise indicated, and are guaranteed during the specified validity period.
VAT (21%) is not included in the displayed prices and will be added during the purchase process.
The final price will be confirmed to the customer before completing the purchase.
Returns or Cancellations
According to general regulations, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days as provided in articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to the services provided by CODURANCE as they are covered by the exception established in letter m) of Article 103 of the aforementioned Law: “The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when the execution has begun.”
Liability
The Client must complete the courses following the instructions. Sharing accounts or copying content is not allowed.
Any illegal activity may lead to the cancellation of the account and legal action by CODURANCE.
CODURANCE reserves the right to suspend or cancel services at any time without prior notice.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed by current Spanish legislation.
In the event of a dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving their own jurisdictions if they have any.
The language used will be Spanish.
Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed by CODURANCE, S.L., with CIF B66815606, and with address at C/ Pallars, 99 Of. 41, 08018 Barcelona (Spain).
The purpose of processing is to contact you if necessary and to provide you with the necessary access to the purchased courses managed through the e-learning platform (Moodle) and our CRM (HubSpot). The legal basis for the processing of your data is compliance with a legal obligation. Your data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or in cases where it is necessary for the provision of the service.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, and limit the processing of your data, as well as to request the portability of the same, by contacting info@katalystbycodurance.com or our registered address. If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
